A 4-week online training program designed to keep you on track with your workouts and nutrition throughout the holidays. You MUST have Facebook in order to sign up. A private group will be created on Facebook specifically for FIT for the Holidays members. This is where you will find your workouts, other member and personal trainer support, weekly challenges, nutrition advice, and so much more! You will receive weekly workouts along with a workout guide that will show you how to complete each exercise. This program is designed for beginner and intermediate levels of fitness.
