You will receive four workouts per week and a weekly fitness guide with exercise instructions. These workouts will increase your overall strength and stamina, as well as, improve your core strength and balance. It’s a total body win! Who doesn’t love winning? These workouts can be completed at any time during the week, at any time of the day. It’s all about what works best for YOU.
Along with the workouts you will receive access to a private group with other members who are a part of this online training program. It is here, where you will have community support from others in their health and fitness journey. The best part, it is run by a certified personal trainer---Me! You will be asked to check in for accountability will be able to ask questions as you work through the program.
