Skyp-ercise

One-on-one personal training via Skype. This is a great plan for individuals who can't find time to drive to a gym, work from home or travel for business. You receive all the same benefits as an in-person session, but at your convenience.

Online Training

Custom Strength Training Program (4 weeks)

If you are self-motivated to go to the gym/workout at home, but need guidance from a trainer, then this is the program fro you! A trainer will develop a personalized training program based on your current fitness level and future goals. You will stay in contact with your trainer throughout the program to provide updates, feedback and stay motivated. $100

Powerlifting Program (6 weeks)

A 6-week program designed to increase your bench, squat and deadlift. To start the program, you will e-mail your 1-rep max for each lift to your trainer. You will then receive a custom powerlifting program. You will stay in contact with your trainer throughout the program, informing them of your progress and making adjustments as needed.  $120


Nutrition Guidance for Fitness (4 weeks)

Have you been working out, but your progress is slowing? This nutrition program will provide you with a macronutrient breakdown to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, tone up or build mass, this program will take you to the next level. This program includes an online coach who will answer any questions with weekly check-ins. $50

Wake Up & Live!

Do you wake up with aches, pains or stiffness? Our wake up & live program is just for you! This 5-10 minute morning routine is designed with dynamic stretches to get rid of any morning stiffness, while mentally preparing you for your day. These moves are simple and can be done daily. What are you waiting for? It is time to wake up and LIVE!  $5

2-Week Total Body Beginner Program

If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, or have been out of the game for a while, this program is for you. We will take you through some basic exercises, body weight exercises and get you comfortable with strength training. $10

2-Week Core & Cardio

A strong core and solid cardiovascular system make up the base of every functional movement. Whether are just getting into fitness, returning from a break/injury or trying to increase your overall strength, this program will give you a good start. $10
