About Me

About Me

Hi, I'm your Certified Personal Trainer Lindsay! I have been a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Group Fitness Instructor for 15 years.  I became a Personal Trainer to coach people to discover how movement can change their physical, mental, and emotional life. I am a mom of two strong beautiful girls.  Over the years fitness has evolved for me. I've experienced a diverse range of training goals & competitions: athletic training for sports, half-marathon, Spartan race, fitness competition, hiking in the mountains, powerlifting competition, pregnancy and motherhood. All of my personal experiences have made me a better- & well-rounded coach. Whether you want to get stronger, lose a few pounds, or train for a specific event, I look forward to helping you discover and maintain a positive relationship with fitness.

My Goal for You

My goal for you is to see you succeed. Fitness success looks different for everyone. It could be a PR, cross training for a sport, discovering your true strength, learning that you are more than just a number on the scale, and so much more!  The physical strength you gain from your workouts will travel with you to other aspects of your life.  Everyone has a unique fitness journey; I am here to meet you wherever you may be. I look forward to helping you achieve your personal health and fitness goals!
